Return and Refund Policy
At Your House A Home, we’re committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Please review our policy below for details on returns, refunds, and cancellations.
Conditions for Returned Items
Due to the handcrafted techniques used, variations in color, texture, and finish, as well as slight irregularities, may occur. These are NOT considered flaws or defects.
- Returned merchandise should be in original packaging (not cartons) and should have no price labels of any kind on it.
- No merchandise can be returned without prior authorization, at which time an RMA# will be issued to you, and we will provide return instructions to return via FedEx carrier.
- Refused Packages or returned due to issues not our fault, will incur a 30% restocking fee plus freight cost credit.
Your House A Home will not grant a refund, credit your account, or replace a produced product in case of:
- Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
- Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility, and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself (if and as applicable).
- Product is created, but not yet shipped - In case, you wish to cancel the order while it is still in the production status, but the product has already been prepared by the fulfillment team, we will not be able to cancel and refund the order.
How to Submit a Return or Refund Request
If you need to request a return or refund for any other reason, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order at support@yourhouseahome.com.
For damaged or faulty items. If you receive a damaged or faulty product, it's crucial to report within 48 hours as possible to ensure that we can take appropriate action. Any reports made after this time frame are subject to non-action on our part.
When reaching out, be sure to include:
- Your order number.
- Detailed photos of said damage must be provided, including photos of the box and the packaging as it was received.
- Additional Details of the issue
We aim to respond to all requests within 7 business days.
Once your return or refund is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how to send your items back to our facility in their original packaging only (not cartons).
Please note that we cannot accept unconfirmed returns, so be sure to wait for our approval before sending items back, otherwise credits won’t be processed.
Refunds
If your refund request is approved, we’ll process the refund to the original payment method used at checkout or process a store credit.
Please allow 5-10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards; no exemptions.
